These are impossible unless you organise with friends and scam the system.

Well how about we make the "pointless noobish medals" for starters. You will need 5 noobish medals to gain higher ones. The (destroy the tank, hunter, 20 kill spree) etc

That's what some people have been trying some time now ,I guess.

It would definitely crash the valor in medals to the ground.We don't need like 100 medals.We need a smaller amount with desired rewards.

It's like giving an award of nothing for going somewhere.That's totally useless and only distracts people from gameplay.
