Well you are right. Well the easiest 5 will unlock the harder ones. Also I was thinking. How about we have quizes ingame and when the user corerctly answers the question, he can win a weapon. And we can have a medal for
Win "blah blah" once in the quiz to gain medal called "winners never prosper" etc

Actually, the thing you call medal, it's an achievment.
1 year ago I used to play on a server. There they had a medal for anything like:

Paratrooper Master- Use 50 times a parachute

Tank Killer- Destroy 25 tanks etc.

About my pointless idea:
Noone will know about it. Not everyone goes high in the sky everyday.
Only 1 maybe 2 players will achive that medal, just flying around.
That's the point of my pointless idea.

These things will be shown so people know what to do to get medals.Otherwise they would think it's impossible to guess them and lose interest in the server.

The medals will be seen so people know what to do.And don't forget that an achievement is closer to a medal than an objective.Since it's a war-based server ,a medal system is more appropriate.Flying high or using parachute isn't an achievement,it's an objective.It doesn't require any effort.

If you want to get rewarded for paratrooping go to that server.I definitely don't want that pitiful system here.

YOU don't want! I DON'T CARE about your opinions. I want to see other commenting not you. If they'll be shown, then what will be the secret, the enthusiasm of playing? If they'll be showed, as the score, it will be less attractive!

There couldn't be any enthusiasm for something people don't know about.Showing as score is impossible.There should be a in-game menu showing all the medals and stuff.A man who knows his target has interest in reaching it.A man who doesn't know what he's aiming at doesn't do anything.

First of all,

Lets focus on getting the script done with a few modifications and added features.
When King gets back he can have his opinion on all this, It's very important to hear his say. I don't want to load up King with stuff we want added, most of these medals are very hard to script.

I'm grateful that King is even scripting for us, so I want to go easy on him.

You can still post suggestions, but it will be Kings decision, If he is able to script it or not. It's not our decision.

I hope you all understand.

I guess I have no choice... these things will get scripted but I want Vegal to choose the 20 best medals because that is the limit... Later I will make more medals (if I'm still the scripter, Soap) but for now I will only make 20... So it's up to Vegal to choose 20 of the medals

1: Kinda worthless, this is to kill random players, not search for owners.
2: Same as above, worthless (Easy to track, but requires lots of memory)
3: Eh, too easy to get.
4: Untrackable
5...7: Would be stupid, people would want to get useless punishments.

Again,these are medals possible only by arrangements.Hiddos covered all the other reasons.
