Lol, you can't.

What is made by SA stays in SA - Except for some special objects removed by development.

Those are the default items. You can only delete the ones you created. To do that, click list current items on the left, something will pop on your left, double click the item you want to del, then press delete.
This works for those picky items that do not rotate or are non click-able.

How to rotate the object?---

Click once and then hold the left click button till a window on the left appears. Then there where it says x y z type 90 in y to rotate it 90 degrees etc. Btw you are doing better then I did when i started

Or use CTRL + object movement keys.

Use the scroll of the mouse to rotate it! Vegalz0r likes to do everything hard -.-

where to place these maps in samp server folders?

They get saved in the default area. Usually computer > cdrive > program files > MTA > resources > and there around there.

i know where it gets saved .I have those files named with .map but where should i put them in samp server folders??

You can not delete what is in the original GTA SA. There is no way of deleting that gate. If you put it there, then click it and press delete. Otherwise, there is no way.

ow man... here we go... so..

1st. Open the .map file with notepad and copy all the lines there.

2nd. Go to this site http://www.convertffs.com/ and paste the things from the .map file there. Then press convert. Then copy all the things in the box that came up

3rd. Paste the things from the site in a Filterscript or Gamemode in the section "OnFilterScriptInit" for Filterscripts or "OnGamemodeInit" for Gamemodes.

I hope you know how to put a Filterscript or Gamemode IG otherwise I will have to explain that too...

Yeah... Pastebin is better because you don't need to actually download
